Accepted presentations (both ORAL and POSTER) are expected to submit a full proceedings text (4 to 6 pages A4) by August 31, 2014. The proceedings will be published as a book and one copy will be available for the participants of the IPBC 2014 conference.

The proceedings text should be prepared according to the following template:

Please, avoid any change in the format (like font, size, spacing), do not insert page numbers, and submit it as a word file.
The contact persons for each accepted paper or poster presentation will receive a mail with a personalised link to upload their proceedings texts.


Instructions for posters presentations :
Please prepare your posters using an A0 (841mm x 1189 mm) vertical format. The posters will be displayed during two days (October 30-31). You are kindly asked to mount your poster when you arrive on Thursday October 30 in the morning, and to remove it after the last session on Friday October 31 afternoon. There will be two poster sessions, during which the author(s) of the posters are asked to stand in front of their poster.
